• Image Quality: We print what you upload. Low-resolution images may look blurry in print. We recommend uploading high-quality files for the best results.

2. Return and Cancellation Since our products are customized, we generally do not accept returns. However, we have specific policies for damaged or incorrect items. 3. Color Disclaimer Please note that the colors you see on your mobile or computer screen (RGB) may vary slightly from the final printed product (CMYK). A minor color difference is natural in the printing process and is not eligible for a refund.

4. Copyright & Content You certify that you have the rights to use the images or logos you upload. Shine & Print is not liable for any copyright infringement claims regarding the content printed on behalf of the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery We partner with third-party courier services. While we aim to deliver on time, Shine & Print is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
